I yearn to one day live in that kind of a self-sufficient, more primitive environment. Although I do enjoy the air conditioning when it's 100 degrees outside. And would hate to wash my laundry by hand. Of course I've gotta have internet connection... Okay, so maybe that's my kind of vacation environment, lol. Monica, it looks like you all had a great time!
