My son is also a big fan of fermentation ;) I'm also glad we can enjoy learning as something that happens all the time, naturally. In my oppinion, real life is the most powerful learning tool we have. Enjoying our real life is a great way to have our kids to join us naturally, so I really work towards enjoying my own "real life". Our kids experience real life right along side of us. For example, we have our own business and the kids have learned to think like business owners. You can't learn that in a classroom. We sit and talk to our kids about life and the world. Kids are not a container to be filled but a fire to light. Each one of my kids is so different. Homeschooling has allowed them the priviledge to give time to be great at the things they love to do. Learning is a lifestyle, not something you do from 8am to 3pm.
