I get my fresh milk from a coop but they deliver it in reused plastic bottles. It's the best milk I can get in Quito, just don't know how to solve this issue. You can also ask your local grocer to order in bulk and create a market for it. I buy milk from a dairy farm and take my own bottles so the milk doesnt have to touch that awful plastic contamination.
