		<description>I agree that their are similarities between the &quot;terrific twos&quot;  and the &quot;terrific teens&quot; (sometimes called terrible)  At both ages kids want to assert their independence.  I try to give my teens room to make decisions within safe boundries.  I try to honor them as individual people and listen to their thoughts and ideas.  I really enjoy my teenagers, watching the young adults they have become.</description>
